Hey Guys!
It's been much longer then I planned and I'm so sorry about that! In the time between post I have done a lot of shopping, much of this was beauty products! Some of these products I have been using a little longer then others I'm going to give you a bit of a mix between a review and an impression!
MAC Warm Neutrals Times 15 Palette
This is my go to reach for everyday palette, it has so many neutral colors that make it so easy when you need to get your makeup done quickly in the morning. It includes Mac colors; Hey, Warm Breeze, Gingersnap, Dark Brew, Dance in the Dark, Brule, Vanilla Extract, Honey Lust, Amber Lights, Saddle, Lemon tart, Butter-fudge, Creative Copper, Unwind and Devine Decadence. Like any Mac eye shadows the colors are all super pigmented and long lasting the palette is on the pricey side but completely worth it!
BECCA lowlight/highlight perfecting palette poured
This product was actually a gift from my roommate, I've been searching for a simple contour palette for awhile and this really stood out to me. When originally looking at this I was planning on getting the pressed rather the the poured as cream product intimidate me. I will say it did take some getting used to but I absolutely love it a cream works much better on my super dry skin.
KIKO brightening eye potion
I use this under my foundation and concealer to add extra glow under my eyes. Dark circles are not cute. It's not much of a corrector or concealer is just glow its basically a highlighter.
KIKO glowing potion face serum
I don't use this every day but when I have a little extra time to apply my makeup I use this also under my foundation for a highlighter. Im not a huge fan of powder highlighter but I feel like this adds the perfect glow to your finished makeup.
KIKO instant volume plumping lipgloss in 216
Like everyone else I strive for my lips to be more plump and I'm always looking out for new plumping lip glosses. What drew me to this was that it was a neutral shade which I thought would be great for everyday. I don't dislike it, but it's not my favorite lipgloss. It does feel very sticky when wearing it but the color is great and the plumping works!
NYX matte lipstick in maison
My current favorite lipstick, I have been looking for a matte brown lipstick for ages! The shade is a toffee brown, so its not too dark to wear everyday. The formula is very matte, long lasting and doesn't leave your lips feeling too dry.
Makeup Forever artist liner
I'm always looking for new eye liners to use for my water line that isn't going to end up down my face half way through the day. This one has been great so far!
Anastasia brow definer
I am an avid user of the brow whiz pencil, I have incredibly sparse eyebrows that are way too blonde it takes a lot of effort to fill them everyday as its so small. When I went to Sephora to replace my brow whiz and saw this I was ecstatic and grabbed it. Its the same concept as the brow whiz but it has a thicker application tip thats angled. It took me a couple of days to get a handle on the thicker tip but I love it the formula goes on much easier the the brow whiz which saves a lot of needed time in the morning!
MAC lipstick in Sin
The perfect dark lip color for fall/winter, yet its very matte and drying. I can only use this after using a lip scrub and making sure my lips are super hydrated.
Makeup Forever Ultra HD foundation
I finally caved and bought the foundation everyone raves about, and its just as amazing as they say. When I purchased this they told me to use it with a flat brush to keep the hd in tact. I tried that for about a week and then went back to my beauty blender which I think it goes on nicer with. This foundation last all day, it doesn't get oily or leave dry patches. I really wish I had tried it sooner.
Makeup Forever hydrating primer
This is the best thing I have ever purchased. I think so many primers are to make your skin matte and when you have dry skin like mine its a nightmare. This makes my foundation go onto my face and stay on so much better. It also doesn't mess with my skin at all! I was nervous it was going to be super greasy as it is hydrating but it doesn't leave any extra oil or grease on your skin!
